Pricing & Fees

Here is a list of my pricing and fees.  As with everything, this is subject to change with or without notice.  This is a general list and does not reflect jobs that may be considered unusual or especially tough.

Estimates    Free
Mileage & Travel Time No Charge (within Portland metro)
1st Hour $50 / hour, 1 hour minimum charge*
Regular Rate $40 / hour, billed in 15 minute increments
Window Cleaning     $75 and up
Christmas Lights     $165 and up
*The 1st hour charge applys to the 1st hour of the 1st day on the job only. For example, if a project is large enough to require multiple days in order to complete it, then only the 1st hour of the 1st day will be billed at $50/hour.

Payment is due in full at the conclusion of services.  All billed invoices are due upon receipt.
